Listed below is a sampling of training and support completed our staff.

• Delivered an intensive 5-day training course on Visual Basic and ESRI ArcObjects, customized for OMNR technical staff


• Delivered workshops on the concepts and use of the Conservation Lands Query Tool for GIS staff of over 20 FPAC Member forest companies


• Delivered over 25 workshops for forest industry and OMNR planning staff on the concepts of landscape ecological analysis and various software tools developed for regional and district forest management planning (BFOLDS, LEAP, LEAP II, GRASP).


• Trained several OMNR staff in GIS concepts, spatial analytical techniques, and software tools (ArcInfo, ArcView, ArcGIS, GRASS) and programming (VB, AML)
